Guide To Teaching and Learning

Many university faculty have learned to teach by teaching or by emulating what they experienced as students. In addition to providing specific guidance for the start of each new semester–and whatever teaching modes they might entail–this Guide contains information and resources to help you deploy research-based, pedagogically sound approaches for crafting engaging and effective learning experiences for your students, in other words, really good courses. We hope you’ll find these resources helpful as you continue to think intentionally about how to design opportunities for students. We also provides links and further information on lots of university resources.
